(Out of the committees' Secretariat General's keenness on developing and improving the level of services provided, its endeavor to attain consumers' satisfaction and to know their impressions and opinions of those services, a questionnaire was designed to measure the quality of service provided in different phases of the proceedings starting from case registering up to receiving the decision. The questionnaire was formulated in a way that would make it easy and clear to all segments of society. The Internal Audit Unit of committees' Secretariat General conducts an analytical study of the questionnaire results to know the extent of consumer satisfaction about the services provided by the Secretariat General and discover weaknesses to address, improve and develop them in the future).
